3. Live Plant Shipping & Risk

We take great care in packaging our plants to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. However, due to the delicate nature of live plants and the potential for shipping delays, we cannot guarantee their condition upon arrival.

4. Weather & Seasonal Considerations

Extreme weather conditions can impact plant health during shipping. We recommend selecting expedited shipping during extreme heat or cold. Customers assume all risks associated with weather-related shipping damage.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will assess the situation for a potential replacement or store credit.
